The Skull of Spades, leader of the Scattered Skull Initiates, is a cunning and duplicitous figure who infiltrated the Spy Ninjas under the guise of a recruit named Stryker. Posing as an eager ally, Stryker joined the team by participating in their tryouts, quickly earning their trust. Over time, he assisted the Spy Ninjas on various missions, appearing to prove his loyalty and position himself as a potential new member of their group.

Stryker’s apparent dedication was tested when he was kidnapped by The Assassin, who demanded the return of his stolen cyber truck in exchange for Stryker's safe release. The Spy Ninjas faced a moral dilemma, only to later witness emergency vehicles wheeling a body out of Stryker’s home, leading them to believe he had been killed. This tragic event solidified the team’s belief in Stryker’s innocence and deepened their resolve to fight Scattered Skull.

In a shocking twist, Stryker was revealed to be alive and operating as the Skull of Spades when the Spy Ninjas captured him. During the confrontation, they unmasked him, exposing his true identity and uncovering his betrayal. It was also revealed that he had orchestrated attacks against key Spy Ninjas allies, including hiring The Assassin to target Reo and Shinobi. The kidnapping of Stryker by The Assassin was also revealed to be a setup.

The revelation of Stryker’s double life as the Skull of Spades highlighted his strategic brilliance and deep-seated loyalty to Scattered Skull.
